Find what’s holding back growth

Find what’s holding
back growth.

You’re investing in growth, but results have stalled and your reports don’t explain why.

Let’s discuss the growth problem

Sound familiar?

  • You’re investing in growth, but results have stalled.
  • Your reports don’t explain why.
  • You need to decide where to focus next.

For growth, product and marketing leaders with one acquisition, conversion or retention problem to resolve.

A clear growth priority and next step.

Investigate the problem

One focused investigation into an acquisition, conversion or retention problem, using relevant data and context from your team.

Follow the evidence

Clear findings and an explanation of what supports each conclusion, what the data can tell us and what remains uncertain.

Choose what to do next

A recommended growth priority and a practical next action or experiment, with an owner and a way to assess the result.

What matters at the end

You know where to focus and what to try next, with the evidence and its limits made clear.

One question, a clear next step.

  1. Step 1

    Frame

Agree the growth problem, the decision it needs to support and what the available evidence can answer.

  2. Step 2

    Investigate

Examine relevant patterns, changes and customer behaviour. Check for measurement issues.

  3. Step 3

    Evaluate

Compare the strongest explanations against the evidence and your team’s business context.

  4. Step 4

    Decide

Choose the growth priority and next action or experiment. Hand over the evidence and follow-up plan.

Clear expectations. Room to focus.

Your part

A decision owner, access to relevant data and context on what has changed. We agree reviews and input from your team during scoping.

The scope

One growth problem, one team and one main question. We agree the sources, methods and deliverables around that question, using your existing tools where practical.

What’s outside the project

New pipelines, dashboards, tracking changes and implementation are outside the investigation unless separately agreed.

We check data readiness before agreeing the scope and fee. If the evidence cannot support a useful answer, we make the limits clear and agree whether to narrow the question or stop.

Optional ongoing support

If useful, continue with reviews of the agreed growth question and follow-up on actions or experiments. We agree the work, sources and capacity separately.
